Got my new (old hand-me-down) Macbook today! I’m definitely going to do something bad to my back because of it. My first day Tumbling on the couch instead of the desk, and my back already hurts because of the bad posture.
I should really workout some more. Thing is, normal weights and treadmill simply bores me. I don’t understand how people manage to do the SAME THING (not exactly, i know) everyday! I still need to move around and go outside or I’ll go crazy, so I
have to want to find some kind of exercise that I can do outdoors (besides running). Hopefully the combination of exercise + outdoors will increase the likeliness that I’ll repeat the workout. So far, I’ve found two routines: rock climbing and running dogs. I absolutely LOVE rock climbing. It’s maybe the first time something I love to do turns out to be good for me. Of course, if it’s good to be true, it probably isn’t. So the problem is it’s really expensive. Paying for a membership to workout there every other day is too impractical, unfortunately. So I guess I’ll settle for going every other week and walking the dogs the other weeks. The remaining days I can spend boring myself to death at the YMCA, anticipating the weekend.
